Divided into sleeping and living areas, our two-room apartment is suitable for both groups of 4/5 people and families with children. Spacious and fully equipped, it is perfect for ensuring comfort and independence during a short stay in the city. In fact, the environment is composed by: a sleeping area with double bed and bathroom, plus a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CHECK-IN TIME: FROM 4.30 PM TO 6.30 PM / CHECK-OUT: AT 10.00 AM.
Children stay free up to 4 years old, pay 50% up to 12.
The prices include all utilities (water, electricity, heating/air conditioning), wifi, ample parking, supply of sheets and towels, initial and final cleaning.
For extended periods, only on request, weekly cleaning (general cleaning, linen change): €35 per week (studio apartment)
For high season periods and Barcolana, prices may vary.
